We move your EWS app to Microsoft Graph
Send us the application’s EWS usage and we check it for free. Then, for a fixed price, we replace the EWS Managed API package in your code with Sunsetless EWS, test the application’s EWS calls against Exchange Online and send you the change.
The change costs from $1,000 on top of the license, and everything is agreed by email.
How the service works
A free check
Send us the EWS usage report from the Microsoft 365 admin center, or tell us what the application does. We reply with the EWS operations it uses, what is covered, what would change and a fixed price. We do not need your code for the check.
The change
You send us a copy of the source code that builds. We replace the package, set up the configuration and test the application’s EWS calls against Exchange Online, in our own tenant.
Delivery
You get the change, a list of every difference we found and the steps for registering the app and granting the Graph permissions in your tenant. Your team reviews the change and releases it.
What we need from you
- For the free check: the EWS usage report, or a description of what the application does.
- For the change: a copy of the source code that builds, and answers by email when something in the code is unclear.
We do not need access to your tenant, your servers or your mailboxes.

The price is fixed in the quote, before we start. It starts at $1,000 and comes on top of the license the application needs.
Questions about the service
Do you need access to our tenant?
No. We test against our own Exchange Online tenant. You register the app and grant the Graph permissions in yours, with the steps we send.
Do you need our source code?
Not for the free check. For the change, yes: a copy that builds. We use it only for this work and delete our copy when you accept the change.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. Send it with your request.
What if the application calls something Microsoft Graph cannot do?
The free check shows it before you pay anything. We name the calls that have no Graph equivalent and tell you what the options are.
How long does it take?
The quote gives the date when you get the change. We work on one application at a time.
Do you work on applications that are not written in .NET?
No. The change uses Sunsetless EWS, a .NET library, so the application has to call EWS through the EWS Managed API or its .NET Standard port.
Can we make the change ourselves instead?
Yes. A free trial key runs your own code in your tenant for 14 days, and the getting started guide lists the steps.
