One product, any number of tenants
Use this plan when you ship a single software product into customer Microsoft 365 tenants. It includes royalty-free redistribution of the package as part of that product.
What it does not cover
The ISV plan does not make unsupported EWS operations available, cover multiple separate products, or replace closed third-party applications. Review the current matrix before committing.
How Graph support evolves
We will support every EWS operation that has a production-supported Microsoft Graph equivalent and validate each behavior before marking it covered. The only external wait is for Microsoft to provide a production-supported API where one does not exist yet.
Prepare a safe migration
Inventory customer call paths, test the permission model and validate the release in a representative tenant before rolling it out to customers.
